Il’Emaar merchant transports support the Kor’vattra in a variety of missions but are usually crewed by more junior members of the Kor-caste. They have a -1 modifier when determining base leadership.
These vessels are reserved for scenarios that require transports, for which they have the value of a full transport or two assault points.
